Terms of Use

The Programme provides online theory training to help you prepare for the South African K53 learner’s licence test, including training videos, audio, quizzes and assessments. It is study material to help you prepare — it is not the official learner’s licence test and does not replace any official testing process.

Each course you enrol in is available for 28 days from the date of enrolment, on phone, tablet or computer, 24/7. After 28 days your access to that course ends. If you need to pause your access, contact us before it expires and we will assist where possible.

Courses are paid for online via our secure payment providers (PayFast and PayPal). Some students access the Programme through a voucher code provided by a partner driving school; vouchers are single use and tied to the course they are issued for. Prices are shown at checkout in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

We offer a pass guarantee for students who complete the Programme honestly and in full. To qualify you must: watch all videos in full without skipping, complete the quizzes based on understanding, not repeat tests purely to pass, and complete the final assessments honestly. Our system tracks your activity — if you skip, rush or abuse the tests, the guarantee does not apply. If you complete the Programme and meet these conditions but do not pass your official K53 learner’s licence test, you may claim under the guarantee as described to you on enrolment. Except as required by law or under this guarantee, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Your account and login are personal to you. Keep your password secure and do not share your login or course content with anyone else. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used in breach of these terms.

All videos, audio, images, quizzes and other course materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. They are provided for your personal study only. You may not copy, record, download, redistribute or resell any part of the Programme.

You agree to use one consistent source of study material. Mixing in external apps or books that contain outdated or incorrect information can cause confusion and is at your own risk. You agree not to attempt to interfere with, copy, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Programme after a change means you accept the updated terms.
